I think in California, or at least where I live, it's illegal to own more than three dogs at once. When I'm older, with more money, I want to have a guest house and a huge yard dedicated to pitbulls who are going to be euthanized. I want to be a foster home until they can find a loving and permanent home. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? Is there some license I need to obtain?
